Arthur Donaghey
has been a licensed contractor since 1985.

He has worked in Eugene and Portland.

I started my painting contracting business when I graduated from the University of Oregon School of Business in 1985. For twenty years I painted homes inside and out. Then I became a general contractor and:

Became Eugene’s ‘retroactive building permit’ expert. When houses had been remodeled without the necessary permits I was hired to solve the problems and get the non-permitted work made legal. I completed over 125 building permits in ten years. 100% success rate.

Was project supervisor for the construction of multi-family apartment buildings.

Was project manager building custom homes.

Did the repair addendums for more than 100 home sales.

Did termite and dry rot repairs for five years.

Became a siding contractor replacing defective LP siding on homes.

Built and sold two houses in Eugene.

Developed a 19-unit, 4-story apartment building near the UO (with partners).

Remodeled 20+ houses in Eugene and Portland.

Partitioned numerous lots and sold them or developed them.

Built and own 4 ADU’s in Portland. Building a fifth ADU in 2020.

I manage a dozen rental units we own.
